Fitcamp booking
There is no need to book a place, all you need to do is turn up to any of the sessions from our timetable and give your forms to the instructor before the sessions begin........It's that simple!!
Payment System:
We operate a monthly payment system via standing order. Your first monthly payment will be taken via pay pal and you will then be required to download the standing order and consent forms to bring to your first session.
We also offer the opportunity to pay as you go, this will cost £5 per session. Just pay the instructor when you arrive.

Once you have joined our FitCamps you will need to download and complete the following forms. You must bring these with you to your first session other wise you may not be able to participate.

- Tuesday: 18:00 -19:00 Mixed (indoor)
- Wednesday: 18:00 - 19:00 Mixed (indoor)
- Saturdays: Women only 09:00 -10:00 & Men only 10.15 -11.15
- Sunday: 10:00 - 11:00 Mixed
Our 2011 indoor sessions will be held at Teesside High School. The outdoor sessions Preston Park.
