Once you have joined our FitCamps you will need to download and complete the following forms. You must bring these with you to your first session other wise you may not be able to participate.

Fitness Camps Booking

TIMETABLE: From 5th July 2010

Monday: 6-7pm Women only (Preston Park)

Tuesday: 6.15pm - 7.15pm Mixed (Ropner Park)

Wednesday: 6-7pm (changing to 6:30-7:30 from wednesday 14th july)Mixed Boxercise Specific session (Preston Park)

Thursday: 10-11am Women only (Preston Park)

Saturdays: As usual, Women only 9-10 & Men only 10.15-11.15 (Preston Park)

We now operate a monthly payment system via standing order. Your first monthly payment will be taken below and you will then be required to download the standing order form and PAR-Q form to bring to your first session.
