  • Do I need to be fit?

Nobody will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women & Men of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each fitness camp program will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

  • Why should I participate?

You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will help develop a great camaraderie between group members and have the opportunity to participate in social events with
fellow group members held on a regular basis. And, you'll be several hundred calories ahead of everyone else!

  • What can I expect from the sessions?

Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence and self-esteem! You will also experience top quality exercise instruction led by highly qualified personal trainers who will be more than happy to discuss your fitness goals in more detail.

  • Will you yell at me?

We certainly won’t yell at you, intimidate, or get in your face. However, we will challenge you, push you, encourageyou, support and motivate you. We will encourage you to try new activities that will test your strength, endurance and courage.

  • What exercises will I do?

Exercises include: core conditioning (abdominal work), functional training (activities specific to daily tasks), muscular strength and endurance (leading to definition, tone and shape of your whole body), skipping rope,
circuit training, medicine ball exercises, power walking, hiking, obstacle courses, agility drills, mat based exercises and much more!

  • What do I need to bring?

Water bottle, running shoes or comfortable training shoes, comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dirty from running around in the park, and a sense of adventure along with a sense of humour!
