Ski-Fit Programme
A specific fitness targetted programme open to individuals or small groups either as a pre-season programme or fitness maintenance during the year.
How Can Ski-Fit Help You?
First and foremost it will address and muscular imbalances present. Following this you will undergo a training plan that will last six weeks in total. We will work on movement patterns that are specific to skiing with an overall improvement in fitness, agility, strength and stability.

A thorough assessment known as Kinetic Chain Assessment is a vital tool to assess muscle and joint imbalances. It is a widely used method by professional athletes all over the world. The Kinetic Chain Assessment provides an insight into the individual’s health performance by looking at their skeletal, muscular and nervous system. The Kinetic Chain Assessment highlights muscular imbalances, joint integrity and the neuromuscular efficiency of the whole body. Although each joint within the body works independantly, togther as a whole they work interdependantly. Therefore it is essential, even if you present yourself with a simple ankle sprain, that we look at the entire body to look for weaknessess and instabilities.
Optimum Performance Training
The OPT Model is designed to enhance performance for individuals and athletes of all levels whilst decreasing the risk of injury.
The OPT model will be applied based upon the outcome of your initial assessment. It will incorporate numerous training components such as cardio-respiratory, power, balance, speed, agility and strength.
